Welcome to Dodgeball Stat Tracker. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Dodgeball Stat Tracker if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Service Description

Dodgeball Stat Tracker provides a free service allowing users to track dodgeball matches. We also offer an optional paid service, "Stat Track Plus", where users can purchase credits for us to track games for them (approximately 1 credit per 20-minute game or 30 minutes of video footage). Paid subscriptions may also provide access to more advanced analytics and features.

4. Subscription, Credits, and Payments

Users subscribe to our service and can purchase credits to access game tracking features. All payments are processed securely. Subscription details and credit packages are available on our pricing page.

5. Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds for subscriptions or credit purchases are generally not provided unless required by law or in exceptional circumstances determined at our sole discretion. If you believe there has been an error in billing or have a dispute, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the transaction date. We will review your case and provide a resolution based on the findings.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service and any remaining credits until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription term upon cancellation.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

8. Data Privacy

Data from matches tracked by our "Stat Track Plus" service that are derived from publicly available video footage may be made publicly available. Match data tracked directly by users through our free service is kept private by default and will not be made publicly available unless the user explicitly opts-in to share it.

We may offer upgrades to paid subscriptions or credits in exchange for users allowing us to use their tracked data for analysis or public display, subject to specific agreements.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.

9. Intellectual Property

All content included on the site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Red Ball Analytics Inc. or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dodgeball Stat Tracker and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
